Mama’s Time Out: Managing Your Emotions in Motherhood - Workshop & Breathwork

Mama’s Time Out (MTO) is an in-person gathering for *moms who want to connect and grow by learning and discussing important topics that shape us as moms.

Each MTO incorporates a workshop (learning), group discussions (connection), and experiential exercises (growth) to help you navigate the ups and downs of this wild ride we call motherhood.

Come join us to enjoy an uninterrupted hot beverage, meet new mom friends, and learn strategies to help you show up as your best self.

Upcoming Topic: Managing Your Emotions in Motherhood

Motherhood is a unique journey that brings with it complex – and sometimes competing – emotions. Love and joy coexist with anger, overwhelm and feeling lost. Yet most of us haven’t been taught how to navigate these big emotions, so instead, we hold on to them. Eventually, we hit a breaking point and either lash out, burn out or get sick.

At this MTO, we will dive into the purpose of emotions, how they can serve you, and how to process and respond to your emotions in a healthy way. I will then guide you through a breathwork session to help you release pent-up emotions so you can feel more peace & calm.

You will walk away feeling lighter & recharged after taking some much-needed time for yourself and leave with practical tools to help you better cope with big emotions.

Kelsie is a mom, wife, and certified Life Coach & Breathwork Facilitator. After a rocky yet transformative entrance into motherhood, Kelsie became a coach to support and empower other moms in overcoming the challenges brought on by motherhood because she knows first-hand just how earth-shattering and lonely this experience can be. She is passionate about creating community & connection and speaking openly & honestly about all sides of motherhood.
